Dr. Uba is Counselling Psychologist helping children, adolescents and their parents deal with their respective mental health issues from last 8 years.
Cancellation Policy
Clients can reschedule an appointment, by giving a prior notice within 24 hours before the scheduled session. Similarly, clients may cancel an appointment by giving a prior notice of 48 hours before the scheduled session. It shall be noted that in case of failure to give due notice within the prescribed time, no refund of fees shall be initiated. If a client cancels two consecutive sessions, Pratinava reserves the right to forfeit the fees paid for the sessions. You can cancel your appointment by emailing your specific therapist CC to thepratinavaproject@gmail.com. If a client is late by more than 15 minutes in joining the session, it shall be considered as a cancellation of the session without prior information.
