Our Work

Project Pratinava began with the aim of approaching mental health through a people-based movement and developing a community of mindful citizens who are sensitive to mental health and well-being. It is a community project aimed at connecting people, giving them a safe space to talk, and promote mental health awareness. We hope to make affordable mental healthcare services accessible to people from diverse backgrounds.

Sharing Circle - 01

Sharing Circle Poster.jpeg

Project Pratinava hosted its first Sharing Circle in Jaipur,  which was in collaboration with Bottled- Up and Healing Anonymously. The event took place at Kadams Studio and witnessed the participation of individuals ranging from school students to graduates. Our motive was to offer them a space where they’re able to share their thoughts, talk about their ordeals, and get relieved of their pent-up emotions. The facilitator for the session was Ms. Mansi Sharma - Counselling Psychologist, who encouraged conversation among participants by creating an atmosphere of mutual understanding & respect. Pratinava received many positive feedbacks from the participants and thus, we look forward to organizing more such circles across the nation.
