PRO BONO
@Pratinava
We, at Project Pratinava, believe that mental healthcare is not a privilege but rather a necessity, and are relentlessly working towards accessibility of mental healthcare services to the needful irrespective of their socio-economic backgrounds. Even with the need and importance of mental health being recognised, often people are unable to opt for professional help when needed, owing to financial factors.
Working on the pillars of "Affordability, Accessibility and Quality", Pratinava offers pro bono therapy/ counselling on a case to case basis, to ensure that paucity of resources don't come in the way of mental health and wellbeing.
Individuals looking to avail the pro bono services can reach at teampratinava@gmail.com mentioning the necessary details (Name, Contact Details, Issue in brief, Reason/s they should be considered for Pro Bono services) and we'd be happy to help!

2. Pro Bono Phase II - 2022
June - July 2022
In the Second phase of the Pro Bono Therapy Program. We offered Behavioral Activation Therapy to college students struggling with emotional difficulties that majorly affected their ability to follow a good routine or lifestyle and created hindrances in carrying out day to day tasks.

The program aimed at supporting students in building a positive and healthy lifestyle for themselves by helping them identify their values as well as the activities which they enjoy doing. The link of weekly sessions was shared with participants along with a daily monitoring sheet. This was followed by a follow up call to check on the progress of the students.
